Monitoring of refrigerators

The most expensive part of any transport company is fuel costs. Therefore, it is important to know the cost of fuel for a particular vehicle, and in the case of sharp deviations - to understand why this happened. When the fleet has vehicles with autonomous refrigeration units, this becomes especially important.

As a result of the implementation of the refrigerator control system and the installation of fuel level sensors MONTRANS FLS, the fleet manager receives all the necessary data for both primary reporting and more detailed analytics.

One of the most important elements of refrigerator monitoring is the temperature sensor. The sensor measures the temperature in the range from -55 to +80° with high accuracy – only half a degree. This information, along with navigation information, is transmitted in real time via the GSM network to the MONTRANS cloud service.

The driver, dispatcher, and company manager can simultaneously control the temperature in the isothermal chamber. When agreed, the customer can also monitor compliance with the rules of cargo transportation.
