Fuel level sensor

Fuel level sensor (also called GLONASS fuel sensor, GLONASS line, FLS) is a measuring device that shows the volume, level and consumption of fuel in the tank. The device is part of the GLONASS GPS monitoring system, being an excellent solution for carriers and other companies working with the transportation of goods
The device itself is installed in the fuel tank and with an accuracy of up to 1% determines the volume of fuel in the tank. Fuel can be any fuel: gasoline, diesel or any other conductive liquid. The device operates from the mains with voltage of 12 or 24 volts. The sensors are used for tanks from 10 centimeters to 6 meters deep.
The FLS can be installed on any equipment: truck, bus, passenger car, loader, excavator, river or sea vessel, diesel locomotive, stationary tank and even on a diesel generator.
MONTRANS sensor service life is 8 years, but in reality they work much longer. There are examples when the FLS was installed in 2012 and it still provides correct data.
The fuel level sensor in the GLONASS/GPS-based transportation monitoring system is used to determine the amount of fuel in the vehicle tank. It is connected to the monitoring system and transmits information about the amount of fuel in real time.
MONTRANS fuel level sensors mean thousands of installations and tons of fuel saved!
