Indonesia hosts an international exhibition of innovative solutions, technologies and ecosystems. This state stretches along the equator and is located on 17 thousand islands. The area of Indonesia is 9 times smaller than the territory of Russia, and twice as many citizens live there than in Russia. The island state ranks fourth in the world in terms of population and is the seventh largest economy on the planet. In the capital of Indonesia - Jakarta, lives more than 10 million people and this megalopolis is quite comparable to Moscow. With such a high density of residence, it is simply necessary to implement smart living technologies.

More than eight hundred companies from all over the world presented their developments in the field of management of houses and office buildings, urban infrastructure, communication and power supply systems. Artificial intelligence and big data technologies (IoT, big data), cloud ecosystems, biometrics, video surveillance and video analytics were widely presented.

MONTRANS at Smart Expo

We have just such a solution, when the entire array of data collected by telematics is transferred to a cloud service for analytical processing".

For example, Russian developers are presenting new generation communication technologies in Indonesia to create a unified information space. This solution allows for satellite-based transportation monitoring in areas where there is no cellular communication. For example, in oil and gas fields, mines and quarries where there is no GSM signal.

Dmitry Zhuravlev, Managing Partner of MONTRANS Group: "All the companies that come to our stand today say that they have similar solutions, but they either have not achieved results or are at the stage of implementation. We, on the other hand, offer a complete solution with implementation. This arouses keen interest among Indonesian businessmen".

For example, a refueling truck equipped with a controller with Wi-Fi arrives at the place of equipment deployment once a day. Upon arrival, the device automatically reads information from all terminals installed on the vehicles. And when the fuel tanker returns to the cellular coverage area, the controller transmits the collected data to the company's server. This solution allows to control the remote operation of vehicles, reduce costs and significantly increase the efficiency of the fleet. At the exhibition in Jakarta, three large companies from Southeast Asia were interested in this development.
