Analytical reports on fleet utilization efficiency

With the help of convenient reports you can see the details for the selected period and select the necessary class of vehicles for which we want to see the details. There is additional detailing by vehicles, locations, branches of the company.
Additionally, various metrics are displayed, which are agreed with the customer and can be customized for his needs.
The “Efficiency” module allows you to evaluate the efficiency of utilization of working time of vehicles, the share of downtime and idling time.
The program interface presents a table with the initial data, on the basis of which the dashboard on fleet efficiency is built.
In addition to the “Efficiency” module, there is also the “Fuel analytics” module. Thanks to this analytical report, you can estimate fuel losses at idling, both in percentage terms and in absolute terms in liters, select the required period, and view details of the equipment of interest.
The details on specific units of equipment and comparison of actual fuel consumption with the norms accepted at the enterprise in order to assess how efficiently fuel and lubricants are consumed and how much the consumption norms correspond to reality.
There are additional metrics in order to be able to evaluate in monetary terms the economic effect of fleet utilization. Here is a calculation by units of equipment, how much fuel was saved and how much, on the contrary, was overconsumed relative to the norms and an additional table that estimates the overconsumption (overburning) of fuel at idling, which represents potential savings for the company.

Fuel balance

The “fuel balance” report accumulates information from the fuel supplier's accounting system, e.g. Rosneft, PPR, or another supplier, or from the fuel accounting control system that works with fuel dispensers. Additionally, telematic data on fueling stations are pulled into this report in accordance with the fuel level sensors installed on the equipment. This data is automatically matched in the report, which allows analyzing data on transactions and actual fuel in the tank.

Fueling delta

Automatically calculated delta (the difference between the refueling readings obtained according to the refueler's equipment and the fuel control equipment installed on the vehicle), with the help of which we can see the refuelings with large discrepancies.
It is also possible to view a video recording of refueling, which allows us to perform visual control if necessary and to deal with situations with violations and discrepancies.

Multifactor analysis of fleet rating

Additionally, MONTRANS.ANALYTICS has a module “Safe and economical driving”, which presents statistics of violations by fleet.
It is possible to select a period of interest and see the details that can be uploaded for the necessary machine with video proof of some event, and based on this data build a rating of the fleet, a particular unit of equipment and driver.
The “Cargo turnover analytics” module provides an opportunity to create a report on cargo turnover and the volume of work performed.
