The practice of using a standard sensor for monitoring fuel consumption, as well as refuelling, is divided into two. In some cases, there were satisfactory indications that were acceptable for the necessary control. However, in most cases, the readings were extremely unstable, with a high amplitude of fluctuations, and it was not appropriate to use them for monitoring. This is primarily due to the low quality of the sensor itself and the lack of pre-filtering of data from the float itself. Also, the degree of wear of the vehicle itself has a huge impact.

We recommend that you try it only if there is no technical possibility of using other means to control the level and fuel consumption. You can only determine the accuracy of the readings by trying to connect, unfortunately there are no other ways.
