Control and monitoring of refrigerated vehicles

The most expensive part in any transportation company is fuel costs. When there are vehicles with autonomous refrigerated units in the fleet, this becomes especially important.

As a result of implementing the refrigerator temperature control and installing MONTRANS fuel level sensors, the fleet manager receives all the necessary data for both primary reporting and more detailed analytics.

One of the most important elements of refrigerator monitoring is the temperature sensor. The sensor measures the temperature in the range from -55 to +80°C with high accuracy - just half a degree. This information, together with navigation information, is transmitted in real time via the GSM network to the MONTRANS cloud service.

The temperature in the isothermal chamber can be monitored simultaneously by the driver, dispatcher and company manager. If agreed, the customer can also monitor compliance with the rules of cargo transportation.
